3. Anonymity and Privacy

Anonymity and encryption are core features, but they do not protect illegal activity. We comply with all applicable U.S. laws and will cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. We also however require all users to be at least 17 years of age or older to utilize our platform. If it is found that any user is under the required age specified the account will be banned indefinitely.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.

6. Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions within 30 days via the appeals portal. If an appeal is not made within 30 days the account data may become unrecoverable.

7. Server Owners and Admins

Server owners are responsible for enforcing these guidelines within their communities.

8. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines and will notify users of significant changes, however it is the users responsibility to review the guidelines on a consistent basis for changes. We may not notify users of all changes including but not limited to occasional major updates and or modifications to policy partaining to platform usage, and or user behaviour.
